On a Service Bank agreement, your business pre-purchases the hours it requires each month at a discounted rate. Any hours that are unused by the end of the month roll over, so there is no need to worry about wasted hours purchased.
Service Bank hours are only deducted as they are used. During your initial fact-finding meeting with Qbit, we will calculate the average amount of hours you will require a month, allowing enough time for vital monthly maintenance and any IT support required throughout the month.
At the end of each month you will receive a reconciliation report showing where your hours were used, and any unused hours that will roll over to the next month. Unused hours will stay in your Service Bank for 12 months.

Purchased 5 hours this month but only used 3? Next month you will have 7 hours in your Service Bank. All Service Bank hours are valid for 12 months, allowing you to budget for upcoming projects.
