Each week, our engineers answer the phone 400 times, with an average wait time of under 15 seconds.
Our account managers, Guy & Jaydan, complete around 18 client visits per week. Presenting the IT health check and management reports and discussing the future direction of their IT.
180 people have responded to our closed ticket survey, 75% of clients, give us a 9 or 10 rating a further 23% give us a 7 or 8 rating. Giving us a Net Promotor score of 71, which is way above the industry standard.
