The app is a fast and direct way to submit your technical support tickets, receive crucial security alerts and keep up to date with the latest IT news.

Here’s how it works
When you open the app you will see the Qbit home page. From here you have direct links to lodge support requests, access our contact information or submit a referral gift form.
Easily submit a new support request by tapping ‘IT Support’
In the menu tab, you’ll see options such as IT Support, About Us, our Social Media links and settings.
The IT Support icon in the menu tab offers you more specific support requests, such as creating a new user, removing a user, or requesting a quote!
To ensure that you receive the latest security alerts or news updates, tap on the ‘Notifications” button and turn the options on.
