In an effort to continually offer Exceptional Service Qbit has recently implemented a new online chat option for lodging tickets. This gives existing customers yet another option to quickly and easily connect with a Qbit Technician.

There are three ways to connect to the Qbit Chat system:

 Simply click on the following link to open the chat page: QbitChat. You might want to save this as a bookmark.
Alternatively, you can navigate to the Qbit Website and click on “Click Tools”. Scroll down to the “Qbit Chat” heading and click on the “Chat to us” button. Please note if you do not see this button it means the Chat Assist is unavailable.
Finally, the easiest option is to right click on the Qbit Agent icon in the bottom right corner of your screen and select “Chat to Qbit”.
Whichever option you choose you will be prompted to enter your Name, Email Address and a brief summary of your issue. Your details will be pre-populated into a ticket so your tech will have all details readily to hand.
Please note; Qbit online Chat Support is only available to existing clients and operates Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm.
