QuickBooks Self Employed

Check out Qbit's review on a handy app for those who need to keep track of their expenses while on the road, and reduce time at the desk trying to remember what expense goes where.

So you’ve started working for yourself and like all business big or small, you need accounting software to track your transactions, expenses and send invoices, but like all startup’s you don’t have time to sit at a desk and would rather do it while on the road.

And that’s where QuickBooks’s easy to use and innovate app QuickBooks Self-employed comes in to play. After a quick and easy account creation you’re ready to track your mileage with GPS tracking (feature of paid version) or use google maps to show your start and end locations, send invoices with your business logo after finishing a job instead of having to do them all back at home or office, link your business bank account to track and link expenses straight away instead of having to switch back and forth, add expenses with photos on receipts or cash income.

QuickBooks Self Employed is very user friendly and covers nearly all of the bases you’d expect for expenses and billing. It doesn’t give you much in the way of customizing subjects but is a very good starting point for a one person company wanting to keep on top of the finances.
