You will receive a report detailing your office hardware and systems, whether or not it’s time to upgrade or any new software suggestions.
You will be introduced to your dedicated technicians, who will learn your network features in detail and be able to provide immediate assistance when required.
5. First Responders
As a Qbit customer, you have direct access to our team of first responders. This is our rotating team of Engineers that are tasked with answering support calls or chats to our support number. Most days you will be speaking to one of our first responders in under 15 seconds and most calls are resolved on first call.
