With his focal point on upholding our company moto of exceptional service, Matt’s duty is to coordinate the system engineers on efficiency and accuracy, and to personally ensure reliable communication is met so customer expectations are adhered to, if not exceeded.

Jamies natural ability for addressing and identifying the needs of our new clients, along with his exceptional problem solving skills, guarantees superior customer satisfaction in offering a range of product services and solutions.
Cassandra has worked in the design industry for 12+ years and has a wealth of knowledge at her disposal, fueling her passion for marketing and design.
With a diverse skill set, she has a broad range of experience in graphic design, brand management, printed & digital media, and marketing.
Guy has been with Qbit for over 10 Years and is our longest serving employee. Guy was Team Leader and Senior Systems Engineer prior to moving into the role of Account Manager late 2016. His inimitable knowledge and industry experience affords him the capability to truly understand client’s needs and concerns, providing solutions that suit.
Guy spends his time enjoying good food, renovating his property and keeping fit.
Jaydan began his IT journey with The Computer Engineers over 20 years ago, and since then has worked both in Australia and overseas in a variety of roles across a number of industries. Jaydan took a few years break from IT to study Finance and Law at Curtin University, before taking on the Account Manager role at Qbit in late 2017.

He is often praised by his clients for resolving issues quickly and efficiently. Marc’s dry sense of humour contributes greatly to an enjoyable experience for team members and customers alike.

Damien has an extensive history in the Managed ICT Services industry in Perth, including 4+ years as a Team Leader with dual technical and supervisory responsibilities. He is experienced in providing Level 2 remote and on-site support, maintenance and administration of IT systems to companies from 1 – 500+ staff in industries such as Mining & Exploration, Finance, Construction, Consulting, Entertainment, Real Estate, Health & Security.
Damien enjoys countless home DIY projects, in-between catering to the many demands of an energetic puppy!
Gareth is an experienced IT Systems Engineer who specialises in Windows Server support, Virtualization and Voice and Data networks. He has many years’ experience in resolving IT related issues and implementing complex solutions.
Lawrence specialises in Windows based operating systems, Microsoft Office, server operating systems and Exchange. Having formidable trouble shooting and analytical skills, Lawrence will diagnose your IT problems quickly and efficiently with limited downtime.
Lumee is a professional with experience across systems networking, management and support of complex IT infrastructure, with bachelor degree in Computer Engineering, and Masters’ degree in Computer Networking from the University of Greenwich UK. Lumee has worked and supported clients across several industries, such as Oil & Gas, Mining, Government and Construction sectors.
When you have a complex problem with Microsoft Exchange, Share Point or any version of windows server, Roy is the engineer that will solve it for you with quick proficiency. Roy is experienced and highly effective at implementing new solutions for our customers, whether it be onsite or cloud based.
Sean’s expertise in working with MYOB AE and File Pro helps in minimising down time for our Accountants and Legal firms, as well as assisting our Medical clients run Medical Director. Sean is also our DataKeeper engineer, ensuring our customers’ offsite backups are up and running, and oversees the configuring and maintaining of Storagecraft image based backups.
William likes computers and martial arts and when he’s not working on delivering excellent service, he’s usually teaching young children karate down at his local club. Despite having a face that only a mother could love, he is very friendly and non-violent, so please don’t hesitate to say hi when you see him!
Yvonne’s forte for organisation and her high level of professionalism lead her to overseeing a wide range of administrative duties. Her responsibility isn’t just limited to the management of customer contracts, accounts, domain names, she also assists the system engineers with being a contact for customer inquiries and in the scheduling of services provided.
Yvonne devotes all her free time being Grandma to her 2-year old Granddaughter.
Annie is an experienced small business consultant with a demonstrated history of working in the telecommunications industry specialising in ICT knowledge and account management. As our Solutions Assistant, she is able to utilise her customer service, sales, marketing and procurement skills to ensure our customers receive the best quality of service that they've come to expect.
Jennifer provides professional administrative support with over 9 years of experience in various fields such as sales, marketing, telecommunications, technical support and information technology. She is detail-oriented and resourceful in completing projects; able to multi-task effectively.
