We recognize that communication is the key. Our aim is to have all support calls closed or a time scheduled with you before the end of the day. In the rare occasion that the unforeseen happens you will be the first to know. We will be in contact with you as early as possible to explain the situation.
Once your support call has been logged you are able to follow its progress via our online customer portal. Here you can track your jobs progress and communicate with your Technical Engineer directly.
