Fabio Suffell – His passion is computers and customer service. Fabio will regularly work long into the night fine tuning Qbit’s internal processes which leaves the days to respond to customer’s requirements. He loves finding the right product for the right job to make sure that everything works as it should.
Craig Hollins – 20+ years’ experience in IT, mainly in technical support and provisioning roles. Has a good knowledge of technologies and is very aware of the capabilities and limitations each offering has. A background that ranges from sales to military has given him a broad understanding of different business’s requirements.
David Musarra – Comes from a geo technical background but loves working out the nitty gritty of IT systems. A perfectionist when it comes to getting things “just right”. His kids often go days without seeing him because he has become engrossed in a technical problem. Virtualisation fanboy.

This choice is based on the client’s needs in conjunction with the specialised certifications and experience that the staff member may have. All staff has extensive training in the use of the Qbit Agent and all its remote management capabilities.
