We start off by installing the Qbit Remote Monitoring and Management (RMM) agent on your computers. The Qbit RMM agent will then remotely install your preferred anti-virus program onto your computers. All upgrades and virus definitions are automatically installed for you.
Using the Qbit remote management agent we can view reports on the status of the antivirus software across all computers on your network. We can also remotely instruct the virus program to carry out tasks such as emptying the virus vault or scanning the system for viruses.
